Jamie Edwards is a practicing Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP#3419). She holds a Masters of Science degree in School Psychology and Pupil Personnel Services credentials in both School Psychology and School Counseling from San Francisco State University.  Jamie has completed University of California Berkeley’s professional certificate program in Neuropsychological Assessment and has acquired certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from JFK University.  Jamie has worked in the public school and the private practice setting for over 10 years in various capacities providing services such as play therapy, group and individual counseling, comprehensive psychoeducational assessment evaluations, and providing consultative support services to children and families. 

Jamie’s areas of expertise includes the use of a neuropsychological assessment model for identification of learning differences, attention-deficit disorders, various mental health conditions, and autism spectrum conditions in children and youth.  She additionally specializes in using cognitive behavioral therapy with children, adolescents, and young adults to treat anxiety and mood disorders. 

Jamie, a California native and avid mindfulness practitioner, enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two children as much as possible.
